Did you know TR was an Author?

One example that illustrates his work ethic is that he wrote about 18,000,000 words over 40 years,  the equivalent of 2000 words a day for 30 years.  To have time for the things he did, it is almost like he had to live 120 years instead of sixty years and two months.  I challenge anyone to find  factual errors in his history books.  He was a severe critic of  history authors that were not accurate.  The only reason people have forgotten about this aspect of his life is because he was so active in so many other fields of endeavor.  He also read thousands of books some in other languages.  (Reference Page 170 {Impressions of Theodore Roosevelt, By Lawrence F. Abbott})
